Aquest \u00e9s un dels objectius que s\u2019ha posat Francesc Coll el nou cap dels Agents Rurals a la Catalunya Central. I tot en un moment molt marcat per l\u2019augment de visitants als espais naturals i el repte del relleu generacional dins del cos.<\/p>\n<p>Amb m\u00e9s de tres d\u00e8cades d\u2019experi\u00e8ncia, Coll afronta el repte de refor\u00e7ar la vigil\u00e0ncia i, sobretot, la prevenci\u00f3 en un context d\u2019augment de la pressi\u00f3 sobre els espais naturals.<\/p>\n<p>Entre les seves prioritats hi ha el desplegament del pla estrat\u00e8gic 2026-2030 i la necessitat de garantir el relleu generacional davant la prejubilaci\u00f3 de part de la plantilla. Actualment, la regi\u00f3 compta amb una vuitantena d\u2019agents, una xifra que es vol duplicar en els pr\u00f2xims anys.<\/p>\n<p>Coll tamb\u00e9 ha destacat l\u2019increment d\u2019aflu\u00e8ncia a espais naturals des de la pand\u00e8mia.
