Un centenar de manifestants s\u2019han trobat a primera hora del mat\u00ed davant dels Serveis Territorials d\u2019Ensenyament, des d\u2019on han iniciat la marxa, passant pel CAP Bages i fins a la Pla\u00e7a d\u2019Espanya.<br \/>\nEls sindicats del m\u00f3n educatiu i sanitari han unit esfor\u00e7os per reclamar millores professionals i salarials i m\u00e9s recursos per als serveis p\u00fablics.<br \/>\nI \u00e9s que sanitat i educaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n 2 pilars de l\u2019estat del benestar.<br \/>\nLa vaga en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit educatiu ha arribat despr\u00e9s que el Departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 i els sindicats mantinguessin la setmana passada una darrera reuni\u00f3 que no va permetre assolir un acord. Educaci\u00f3 va fer una darrera proposta que contempla la recuperaci\u00f3 del complement retributiu dels estadis a sis anys, que amb les retallades va passar a nou, aix\u00ed com l&#8217;equiparaci\u00f3 del sou dels professors d&#8217;FP als de secund\u00e0ria aquest 2023. Els sindicats ho consideren insuficient i demanen tamb\u00e9 incorporar altres temes com la reducci\u00f3 de dues hores lectives per als docents majors de 55 anys, la negociaci\u00f3 del calendari escolar i un pacte d&#8217;estabilitat docent.<br \/>\nEducaci\u00f3 situa en un 5,11% el seguiment del segon dia de vaga educativa a l&#8217;ensenyament p\u00fablic, mentre que el primer dia el seguiment va ser d\u2019un 7\u20197%, segons Educaci\u00f3, mentre que USTEC eleva el seguiment al 20%.<br \/>\nPel que fa a la vaga de sanitat, es va convocar davant el frac\u00e0s de les negociacions amb Salut. Els professionals sanitaris denuncien que aquest any 2023 hi ha un seguit de problemes al sistema sanitari que s&#8217;han cronificat: Un Sistema sanitari col\u00b7lapsat, hores d\u2019espera i angoixa per als pacients, professionals donant-ho tot i perdent poder adquisitiu any rere any i amb una feina precaritzada&#8221;.<br \/>\nSalut xifra en un 27,3% el seguiment de la vaga de metges en el torn de mat\u00ed mentre que Metges de Catalunya ho eleva fins al 70%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Segon dia de vaga dels sectors educatiu i sanitari, amb manifestaci\u00f3 a la capital del Bages.
