{"id":51829,"date":"2022-11-23T13:11:50","date_gmt":"2022-11-23T12:11:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.canaltaronja.cat\/central\/?p=51829"},"modified":"2022-11-23T13:11:55","modified_gmt":"2022-11-23T12:11:55","slug":"16e-plenari-del-consell-de-ciutat-de-manresa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.canaltaronja.cat\/central\/manresa\/16e-plenari-del-consell-de-ciutat-de-manresa\/","title":{"rendered":"16\u00e8 plenari del Consell de Ciutat de Manresa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Espai Plana de l\u2019Om ha acollit aquest dimarts el 16\u00e8 plenari del Consell de Ciutat de Manresa, el m\u00e0xim \u00f2rgan de participaci\u00f3 que impulsa l\u2019Ajuntament de Manresa.<br \/>\nL\u2019acte, que era obert a tota la ciutadania, va ser presidit per l\u00b4alcalde de Manresa, Marc Aloy Gu\u00e0rdia, i condu\u00eft per la regidora de Transpar\u00e8ncia i Govern Obert, Montserrat Clotet Masana.<br \/>\nA l\u2019inici del plenari, es va aprovar l\u2019acta de la sessi\u00f3 anterior del Consell de Ciutat, que va tenir lloc el 9 de desembre del 2021. Seguidament, l\u2019alcalde de Manresa va exposar l\u2019estat del Pla d\u2019Actuaci\u00f3 Municipal 2020-2023 i altres projectes de ciutat. I posteriorment, es va obrir un torn obert d\u2019intervencions a les persones assistents.<br \/>\nEl Consell de Ciutat \u00e9s el m\u00e0xim \u00f2rgan de participaci\u00f3, amb les funcions d\u2019informaci\u00f3, estudi, debat i assessorament per la determinaci\u00f3 de les grans l\u00ednies de la pol\u00edtica municipal que incideixen en el desenvolupament estrat\u00e8gic, econ\u00f2mic, social, cultural i sostenible de la ciutat.<br \/>\nEst\u00e0 format pels membres del Ple de la corporaci\u00f3 municipal i pels components dels Consells de Districte i Sectorials.
